In the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh’s Rozole, East Godavari District, Gautam Raju was born. His son Krishna too became a part of the movie business.
In order to find work, he relocated to Hyderabad. Because he was interested in acting, he was also attempting to land a role in a movie. He made his acting debut in the Akkineni Nageswara Rao-starring movie Vasantha Geetam. Later, Gharana Mogudu got him a good break when he appeared in Sri Katna Leelalu and Coolie No. 1.
