Oru Yamandan Premakadha

Story:

Oru Yamandan Premakadha, which translates to “A big love story,” is a 2019 comedic thriller film in Malayalam that was written and directed by Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan. Dulquer Salmaan, Salim Kumar, Soubin Shahir, and Vishnu Unnikrishnan play the main roles, while Nikhila Vimal and Samyuktha Menon play the supporting parts. The movie was entirely filmed in Kochi, and production started on July 3, 2017.  It came out on April 25, 2019.

The movie is set in Kadamakkudy and centers on Lallu, a wealthy daily wage painter, and his vibrant group of pals. He is the son of a well-known local criminal attorney, Kombanaayil John, and hails from an aristocratic family, but he enjoys the company of his impoverished companions Teny Sebastian, Vicky Peedika, and Panchikuttan. Lallu is charming despite her lack of education. He is determined to marry for love and is searching for a girl who has a “spark.” Even though Jesna is interested in him and wants him to marry her, he hasn’t found a female to settle down with as a result.

After searching in vain for a female with the “spark” he seeks, Lallu senses the “spark” when he comes across a newspaper photo of a young woman named Diya who has vanished. Despite learning of Diya’s kindness during their search, he and his pals are unable to locate her. But one day, Jesna runs into Lallu and extends an invitation to her parents-planned wedding. She makes it clear that although her parents are unable to wait till he finds that “spark,” she is willing to do so.

Lallu assembles the hints he receives from an accident Diya was involved in and discovers she has passed away. He finds out from SI Abhilash Karikkan that his nephew Davis, a drunken criminal and mobster with psychological issues from childhood, killed her on purpose when someone brought up his mother, and he attacked them out of rage. In order to get revenge for Diya’s passing, Lallu viciously beats Davis and his pals. He forces them to appear before the courts with his father’s assistance, guaranteeing Diya’s eventual right to justice. The movie concludes by revealing that, despite Lallu’s belief that he has never met Diya, he has actually met her multiple times.Lallu responds that his name is Mohanlal John Kombanaayil when a little girl asks for his entire name. She then remarks that he resembles the actor Mammootty.
