Rakesh Bedi is an Indian actor and comedian known for his work in the Hindi film, television, and theater industry. He was born on December 1, 1954, in New Delhi, India.

Rakesh Bedi is best known for his impeccable comic timing and has played numerous humorous and character roles in both films and television. He gained widespread fame for his portrayal of Dilruba in the television show “Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi,” which was one of the most popular comedy shows in the late 1980s. His performance in the show earned him much appreciation from the audience.

Apart from “Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi,” Rakesh Bedi has been a part of various other successful television shows such as “Shrimaan Shrimati,” “Yes Boss,” and “Baat Ban Jaye,” where he showcased his comedic talent and acting skills.
