Swagatam

Story:

“Swagatam” is a 2008 Telugu romance film directed by Dasarath, featuring Jagapati Babu, Anushka Shetty, and Bhumika Chawla in leading roles, with a special appearance by Arjun Sarja. The story unfolds in the United States, where Shailaja, known as Shailu, struggles to make ends meet, supporting her mother and a child independently, while trying to save her failing textile business. She is initially resentful of Srikanth, whom she believes is responsible for her sister Deepthi’s accident and subsequent death. However, her life takes a turn when she meets KK, a widower who opens a shop across from her store. Through various conflicts and encounters, KK brings happiness and prosperity to Shailu’s life.
