Biography:

Rashmika Mandanna is an Indian actress who primarily works in the Telugu and Kannada film industries. She was born on April 5, 1996, in Virajpet, Karnataka, India. She is the daughter of Madan Mandanna and Suman Mandanna. She has a younger sister, Shiman Mandanna. Rashmika began her career as a model before transitioning into acting.

Rashmika made her acting debut with the Kannada film “Kirik Party” in 2016, directed by Rishab Shetty. The film was a massive commercial success, and Rashmika’s performance as the female lead gained widespread acclaim. She received the SIIMA Award for Best Debut Actress for her impressive portrayal.

After the success of her debut film, Rashmika continued to act in Kannada films and delivered notable performances in movies like “Anjani Putra” (2017) and “Chamak” (2017). Her performances were appreciated for their freshness and natural charm.

Rashmika met Rakshit Shetty (actor) during the making of her film “Kirik Party.” The duo fell in love and got engaged on 3 July 2017 in a private ceremony in Virajpet. on September 2018, the couple mutually called off their engagement, citing compatibility issues. she has also dated film director Chiranjiv Makwana.In August 2022, there was a rumour that she was in a relationship with Vijay Deverakonda.
