Plot
Devi Shetty is an oil dealer and businessman who uses his connections in the Mumbai oil mafia to control the oil industry. He requests the location of a community called Hulidurga that has not participated in the oil market. The village’s oil mill is guarded by Krishna, the love interest of Kaveri, the daughter of chieftain Hulikar Nayaka, who also maintains Hulidurga. Devi Shetty shows up in the village one day to persuade the people that they have a right to cooperate with his oil marketing. Ganga is a journalist who broadcasts the news.
Krishna opposes Devi Shetty’s plan to enter the hamlet and steal all of its oil resources, and he warns the residents that if they choose to cooperate, they will undoubtedly lose everything. Krishna insults Hulidurga by telling Devi Shetty not to take anything from him. The entire story is shown on television, with Devi Shetty attempting to exact revenge on Krishna for his insults with the help of Mittai Suri, Krishna’s adversary, who is successful in tricking the hamlet and its residents. When Devi Shetty’s men try to kill Krishna after capturing him, Krishna fights back and tells Devi Shetty that he would come to Mumbai and reduce his oil revenues.
Despite his challenges—including having to repel a few males in the marketplace—consumers soon begin purchasing his brand of oil because they believe it to be the greatest. Krishna is successful in the oil industry. Everyone in Hulidurga started to lose the market value of their goods and started killing themselves. When Kaveri meets Krishna in Mumbai, she tells him about all the happenings. In order to help the village, Kaveri intends to visit Devi Shetty and ask for her assistance. Krishna follows her, sees Devi Shetty, and claims to apologise on behalf of his people. Through a video chat, Devi Shetty shares it with the audience. People will restart the oil mill after stopping it, according to Krishna, and they will regain the money they lost. By his remarks, Devi Shetty is insulted and everyone remembers their oil mill.
Once Krishna proves himself in the oil market, he goes to the hamlet to obtain the marketing rights from Huliyappa and begins selling oil under the name Nandhi Oil Brand. Devi Shetty suffers a market loss. His ally, Pulla Reddy, comes to visit Krishna on behalf of an ally in order to stop Devi Shetty. Krishna is caught by the authorities for storing illegal oil, and Devi Shetty devises a scheme to commit vice.
Krishna demonstrates his innocence in court by stating that Devi Shetty is the true owner of all the oil reserves. Unaware that he had stolen some of Pulla Reddy’s brands, Krishna drew the brand’s name stamp on them. The judge was then asked to scratch the brand with a coin, revealing it to be Devi Shetty’s. To his delight, he also revealed that Nandhi Brand is also used at the courtroom canteen.
Devi Shetty’s brand is sent to a lab for testing by the judge, who discovers that it is chemically harmful. While Krishna is released from custody after demonstrating his innocence, Devi Shetty is placed under arrest by the court and his brand is taken out of the market, causing the company to collapse. Krishna and his family are targeted by Devi Shetty, but Krishna sends them to a secure location. To no use, Devi Shetty dispatches Pulla Reddy to steal the paperwork, which include the details of the illicit oil scheme that Devi Shetty and Pulla Reddy planned.
Sadly, Devi Shetty captures Hulikar and Kaveri, and after telling Krishna everything, Hulikar is poisoned with rat poison and passes away a few minutes later. When Krishna gets to Devi Shetty’s oil godown, he beats him up. Then, the facility is set on fire, and Devi Shetty is burned alive. Krishna then takes over as Mumbai’s top oil trader and begins producing oil from Hulidurga.
