Deva is drawn to Das’s honesty and simplicity, affectionately calling him “Gold” in reference to his academic achievements. Deva and his associates undertake the task of renovating the clinic, attracting an influx of patients. As the clinic’s popularity grows, Das finds himself in a world filled with gangsters and criminals, all while remaining unaware of Deva’s true identity.
Amidst this chaos, Das falls in love with Pooja, played by Aakanksha Singh, who is working undercover as a cop investigating Deva. Simultaneously, Deva harbors feelings for Jahnvi, a journalist. Das, with his characteristic naivety, attempts to bring Deva and Jahnvi together, leading to an unexpected transformation in Deva’s character.
The plot takes a thrilling turn when Pooja plans to arrest Deva, and Das becomes a witness to a murder committed by Deva. This incident tests their friendship, causing a rift between the two characters. Deva, affected by the consequences of his actions, embarks on a journey of self-discovery and redemption.
In the film’s climax, Deva reveals his true identity during a live telecast and acknowledges Das for positively influencing his life.
