Story:

“Kaala Paani” is an Indian Hindi-language survival drama series available on Netflix, debuting on October 18, 2023. Sameer Saxena created the series, while Biswapati Sarkar, Nimisha Misra, Sandeep Saket, and Amit Golani contributed as writers for Netflix. The series features Mona Singh, Ashutosh Gowariker, Amey Wagh, Vikas Kumar, Chinmay Mandlekar, Sukant Goel, Arushi Sharma, Radhika Mehrotra, and Poornima Indrajith in prominent roles.

Plot

As a mysterious illness strikes the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a frantic struggle for survival intersects with a quest to find a cure intertwined with human relationships, and a narrative of love, grief, and hopelessness.

Soudamini Singh delves into the origin of an enigmatic sickness spreading across the area, coinciding with a large festival drawing in numerous tourists to Port Blair.
