Priyansh Jora

Biography:

Priyansh Jora, born on November 13, 1990, is an actor known for his contributions to Indian films, web series, and television shows. He gained recognition for his portrayal of the lead character Titu in the 2014 comedy-drama soap opera Tu Mera Hero, which premiered on December 22, 2014, on Star Plus. Jora marked his film debut with Khandaani Shafakhana in 2019, a comedy-drama directed by debutant Shilpi Dasgupta and starring Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Sharma, and Badshah.

In 2023, Jora appeared as “Vinayak Prabhu” in the Netflix television series Kaala Paani. His career began with the role of Rohit in 24, an Indian Hindi-language action thriller television series starring Anil Kapoor, aired on Colors TV. He subsequently played the lead in the TV serial Tu Mera Hero on Star Plus and also starred in the TV serial Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania, a Hindi comedy-drama series broadcasted on Sony TV and Sony TV Asia from July 18, 2016, to October 7, 2016. In 2018, Jora headlined the web series Truth or Tamanna, streamed on Voot as a mini-series. He also hosted the dance reality show High Fever – Dance Ka Naya Tevar on &tv, alongside Lara Dutta, Ahmed Khan, and Esha Gupta.

Jora’s film debut in Khandaani Shafakhana garnered a worldwide gross collection of ₹39.8 million, with ₹3.27 crore in India and ₹0.71 crore overseas as of August 3, 2019.
