While in Mumbai, she had the opportunity to meet Makarand Deshpande at Prithvi Theatre, who was impressed by her talent and invited her to create music for one of his projects, “Epic Gadbad,” marking his 50th original play.

Prior to venturing into the film industry, Rachita had already made a name for herself by composing music for various theater productions.
