The Jagruthi Foundation was established in Ananthapur by a royal dynasty that possessed thousands of acres of land and was in charge of running numerous social service initiatives, including old age homes, schools, colleges, hospitals, and orphanages. Narayana Rao served as the foundation’s trustee. The mafia boss Vikram Sarkar wants to seize the foundation in its entirety in order to construct a factory, citing a legal loophole caused by the lack of original documentation. In his court filing, Narayana Rao promises to provide the original heir and the relevant documentation in less than a month. Both Sarkar and Narayana Rao are looking for the original heir. Sarkar assigns Beeku, a professional goon, to kill them. The original heir is in the UK, as Narayana Rao finds out. The documents belong to the third generation of the royal dynasty, Raja Rao. When Raja Rao passes away in a car accident, the documents are gone and he is prepared to show them to the public.
In the meantime, Balu is a hostile taxi driver in Hyderabad who becomes angry if someone honks at his cab and spoils their day. He falls in love with a stupid local police officer named Bellam Sridevi. Later, Balu discovers an Anglo-Indian orphan child in the trunk of his car. He names him Rajan and raises him with his father. They form an emotional bond and grow into a family of three. But Beeku abruptly kidnaps Rajan and transports him to Odisha. Narayana Rao informs Balu and his father that Rajan is actually Raja Rao’s son and that Sarkar has killed his parents horribly. While Balu goes out to bring Rajan back, his father goes with Narayana Rao to help them with the case. He is accompanied by two musicians, Seenayya and Shivayya, who offer to give him a lift. Balu abducted Sridevi, and it is via her that he obtains the location.
When Beeku calls for assistance from psychiatrists, Rajan declines to give her the documents. Dressed as psychiatrists, Balu, Sridevi, and the musicians make their getaway with Rajan. Balu soon develops a liking for Sridevi, who returns the favour. The four are apprehended by Beeku when they arrive in Ananthapur, but the disabled man—whose daughter was saved by Balu and Rajan—keeps them safe from the thugs. When Balu shows up, he fights with them and sends Rajan and Sridevi to court. But, Rajan is threatened with death by Sarkar, so Rajan lies in court to protect Balu. Balu makes it to the courtroom somehow, where Rajan gives him the paperwork (seen in his Iron Man toy), exposing Sarkar’s crimes and leading to his arrest.Balu makes it to the courtroom somehow, where Rajan gives him the paperwork (seen in his Iron Man toy), exposing Sarkar’s crimes and leading to his arrest. When Sarkar tries to shoot Rajan and Balu, Sridevi shoots him dead. As her dream, Sridevi is congratulated and given the gold medal. The film ends with Balu and Sridevi’s wedding.
