Actor and director Sachin Khedekar (born May 14, 1965) is well-known for his work in Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Gujarati films. He portrayed Subhas Chandra Bose in Shyam Benegal’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose: The Forgotten Hero as well as the well-known films Kaksparsh, Astitva, and Kaksparsh. He played B. R. Ambedkar in the popular TV shows Sailaab Imtihaan and Samvidhaan.
Khedekar was born on May 14, 1965, and grew up in a Marathi home in Vile Parle, Mumbai. At age 5, he lost his father. Jalpa Khedekar is his wife.
Film Career:
Before moving to acting in films, Khedekar began as a stage performer. In 1985, he began performing in plays. Vidhilikhit was his very first play. Additionally, he appeared in the 2000 drama Shyam Rang. He began watching Hindi television in 1995 because of the programme Imtihaan.
