Crane Manohar, born on October 4, 1965, is an Indian actor primarily recognized for his appearances in Tamil films, where he predominantly takes on comedy roles. Before entering the acting profession, Manohar worked as a crane technician in the film industry, which is how he acquired the moniker ‘Crane’ Manohar. His acting journey commenced with roles in films directed by renowned filmmakers like K. S. Ravikumar, Hari, Suraj, Sundar C., and Cheran. He later transitioned into playing supporting comedic characters, often partnering with popular comedian Vadivelu. Among his notable works, he received critical acclaim for his performances in movies such as “Kannukku Kannaga” (2000) and “Thenali” (2000).
