Story:

Pradeep Krishnamoorthy is the writer and director of the 2016 action thriller film Saithan, which is set in Tamil. In addition to Arundhati Nair, Charuhasan, Y. G. Mahendra, Siddhartha Shankar, and Kitty composing the supporting cast, Vijay Antony plays a dual role in the movie as father and son. Based on Sujatha’s novel Aaah!, it tells the story of a software developer who goes into difficulties after hearing voices ordering him to assassinate Jayalakshmi, a woman. The movie opened in theaters on December 1, 2016.

Dinesh (Vijay Antony) and his employer (Y. G. Mahendra) are shown visiting a psychiatrist at the beginning of the movie. At this point, Dinesh informs the physician that he has been experiencing trouble after hearing a voice for a few days.

When asked where the voice was coming from, Dinesh replies that it sounded like God, if he were actually there. When the doctor invites Dinesh to accompany him for a private consultation, Dinesh confesses him that he killed his friend Ravi.

The physician instructs Dinesh to unwind before hypnotizing him and asking him a series of questions as he sleeps. It is revealed that a perceptive Dinesh had lately tied the knot with the stunning orphan Aishwarya (Arundhati Nair), who had gotten in touch with him.

Following their honeymoon journey, Dinesh begins to hear voices in his head and have hallucinations. In addition, Dinesh causes his best buddy Ravi, who arrives to assist him, to be murdered in a vehicle accident. Dinesh boards a bus and travels to a shantytown where he meets Jayalakshmi, a prostitute. Dinesh attempts to murder the prostitute because voices have instructed him to.

However, she flees, and he is apprehended. Dinesh is put under hypnosis by the psychiatrist, who transports him back to his tenth birthday. Dinesh keeps hearing a voice in his brain ordering him to end his life, and he sees distorted, bruised faces next to windows, as well as horrible images on computer and TV displays. Following the procedure, the physician reports

After coming home, a distraught Dinesh flees in all directions and boards a train to Tanjavore. He mentions Sharma, Gopal, Natraj, and Jayalakshmi when he hears the same voice leading him to that village while he is still in the train.

He hires an automobile as soon as he gets down to discover what happened to him and who the voice is. After looking into it, he discovers a photo of Sharma (Vijay Antony), who was a well-respected bachelor before marrying Jayalakshmi (Arundhati Nair) and adopting a kid named Gopal.

All is well until Nataraj, sometimes known as Arav, walks into the school. After becoming close, Jaylakshmi and Nataraj had a baby, who is named after Sharma. Sharma adores and takes care of the infant even though the village is aware of the conversations.

When Nataraj comes by Sharma’s residence one day, a furious Sharma tries to bolt and confront Nataraj. The infant dies after falling amid all of this pandemonium. Jayalakshmi flees the scene of the event. Two weeks later, Jayalakshmi, Nataraj, and Sharma are discovered dead on a riverbank, along with Gopal. Since they cannot be located, the case is concluded.
