Biography:

Manchu Lakshmi is an Indian actress, producer, and television presenter primarily associated with the Telugu film industry, popularly known as Tollywood. She was born on October 8, 1977, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Lakshmi is the daughter of renowned Telugu actor Mohan Babu and Vidya Devi.

In 2006, Lakshmi made her acting debut in the Telugu movie “Anaganaga O Dheerudu.” She became well-known for her varied performances in films like “W/O Ram” (2018), “Budugu” (2015), and “Gundello Godari” (2013). Lakshmi, who is well known for having a commanding presence on screen, has played a diverse range of roles, showcasing her acting talent and adaptability.

In addition to acting, Lakshmi has also produced a number of films through her company, Manchu Entertainment. She actively contributed to the making of critically acclaimed films like “Gundello Godari” (2013) and “Jhummandi Naadam” (2010).
