The movie opens in Gandharva Mahal, a historic palace that has long belonged to the Rudramaneni royal family. The heir apparent today is Rayudu, who has lost his grandeur and lives in the outhouse with his spouse and their two children, Jagadhamba and Visalakshi. He lets people with different ideas rent out different parts of the palace in order to make ends meet. wherein certain willies abuse Rayudu’s benevolence and authority. When Manoj, an enthusiastic man, arrives on the property and signs up as a tenant, he sees Amurtha Valli, an elderly mad beggar, wandering around. He aligns them after frightening the cunning with a fictitious horror performance.
In the meantime, Rayudu decides to give the palace to Visalakshi as a dowry and arranges a nice alliance for her. When the tenants refuse his order to leave, Manoj strategically restores it. In parallel, he constantly quarrels with Jagadhamba, and eventually, they fall out. One night, Rayudu is startled and given a bleeding nose by an enraged Manoj, who accuses him of using a magical force and tells him not to let the palace again. Rayudu rotates backward and says, “It might be his father, Rudramaneni Narsimha Rayudu.”
Rudramaneni Narsimha Rayudu was a revered arbiter in the past and is considered a divinity. That terrain is eternal from four directions during his rule. He is smitten with his sibling Jagadhamba and likes the Gandharva Mahal. Unbeknownst to Phanindra Bhupati, Narsimha Rayudu knits Jagadhamba with malice, based on his father’s pledge. Bhupati ruses shortly after, distancing himself as hopeless. Narsimha Rayudu, who is furious, gives his sister half of his possessions, including the Gandharva Mahal, and leaves the mansion. He gives his genuine blue Seshayya a quarter of this as well. It turns out that Bhupati has a crush on Amrutha, the woman he wants to marry.
She declines it, though, since Bhupati is already married. Then, Jagadhamba is killed by the ferocious Bhupati, who claims it was a suicide. He makes an attempt to merge Amurtha into the Gandharva Mahal just one week later. Knowing this, when Seshayya perishes in battle, Narasimha Rayudu flames up on Bhupati. When Narasimha Rayudu kills Bhupati, he is betrayed. Narasimha Rayudu cautions that Gandharva Mahal is his property and that no one dares touch it before he exhales. Amrutha is devastated, turns into a beggar, and puts all the blame for the act on herself.
