Vamsoddharakudu

Story:

Sarath directed the Telugu-language drama film Vamsoddharakudu  in 2000. With music by Koti, it stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, Ramya Krishna, Sakshi Shivanand, and Krishnam Raju. M. S. Reddy produced it under the Gayatri Films brand. The movie didn’t do well at the box office.

Suryam resides with his widowed mother Varalakshmi and works as a physical director at a nearby college. The industrialist Sudarshan Rao owns the college where Suryam works. Rajagaru, a business entrepreneur, has a brother-in-law named Sudarshan Rao. Anand and Ashok are two of Rajagaru’s sons.

Surekha is the daughter of Sudarshan Rao and Srikanth is his son. Surekha attends the college as a student. At the same college, Satya is employed as a junior physical director, or PD. Surekha and Suryam used to argue all the time. A few days go by, and they fall in love. Even Satya adores Suryam.

During their college tour to “Khajuraho,” Satya accuses Suryam of attempting to rape her. After a few scenes, we learn that Sudarshan Rao forced Satya to enrol in the college in order to damage Suryam’s reputation and make Surekha, his daughter, despise him. We learn later on that Satya is a conspirator’s daughter. In order to save her sick father, she is asked to pull out the prank on Suryam. Sudarshan Rao consents to Suryam and Surekha’s marriage. However, he is curious as to why Suryam’s mother is depicted as a widow despite the fact that her husband is still living. This question caught Suryam off guard because he didn’t know that his father is not dead.

Eventually, Suryam finds out that his father is Rajagaru. The mother of Suryam used to be Rajagaru’s maid. Rajagaru accepts responsibility and prepares to go to jail when she finds herself engaged in the murder of a thief. Rajagaru is moved by his maid’s selfless effort and marries her. Raja’s brother-in-law Sudarshan Rao uses deceit to ensure that the maid is removed from the home. After leaving the house, the maid raises Suryam, her child. Knowing about the flashback, Suryam makes the decision to return to his father, win his respect, and make things right in the home.
