K. V. Krishna Reddy

Biography:

KV Krishna Reddy is a South Indian professional film editor. He is known for his editing work in the Telugu film industry. K V Krishna Reddy has been in the editing department of more than 30 movies. He is widely known for his abilities through the films Happy Wedding which released in the year 2018, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana in the year 2005, Varsham in the year 2004, and many more projects. The first project of K V Krishna Reddy as an associate editor was for a Telugu movie called Prema directed by film director Suresh Krishna.

This movie got released in the year 1989, and K V Krishna Reddy worked as an associate to lead editor K. A. Marthand. K V Krishna Reddy started his career as a film editor when he got the chance to work on the film Bharatamlo Sankharavam which is a Telugu film starring lead actors Krishnam Raju and actress Jayasudha. The director of the movie Bharatamlo Sankharavam is B. Bhaskara Rao, and he is the one who gave the opportunity to K V Krishna Reddy to show his skills as an editor. This movie hit the big screens in January of the year 1984. K V Krishna Reddy set his foot in the Tamil movie industry in the year 2016. He was the editor of the Tamil film called Oru Melliya Kodu directed by A. M. R. Ramesh.

This project was an action, mystery, thriller film. K V Krishna Reddy has edited a couple of Hindi movies. Some of his Hindi projects are Columbus in the year 2015, and Bhoot Bhaijan in the year 2018. His first Hindi film was Aaghaaz which got released in the year 2000. Columbus in the year 2015 has even worked in Kannada film field. He was the editor of the Kannada movies Mangalya in the year 1991 and Thavarumane Udugore which also released in the same year. The other famous Telugu projects he had worked on are Apparao Driving School in the year 2004, Sri Anjaneyam in the same year, Ninne Cherukunta in the year 2002, Ammaa Nanna Oorelithe in the year 2014, Happy Wedding in 2018, and many more.

The movie Aagraham in which K V Krishna Reddy was the editor got released in the year 1993, and it was directed by the famous South Indian film director K. S. Ravi Kumar. K V Krishna Reddy, after finishing his work in the Telugu Film, Happy Happyga shared his thoughts on the output of the film saying that it will make the audience happy after watching.
