Story:

Samarasimha Reddy is a 1999 action drama film in the Telugu language that was directed by B. Gopal and produced by Chengala Venkat Rao under the Satyanarayanamma Productions label. Alongside Anjala Zaveri, Simran, Sanghavi, and Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead part, Mani Sharma created the soundtrack. Along with Ratna Kumar and the Paruchuri brothers, V. Vijayendra Prasad wrote the script for the movie.

When it was launched on January 13, 1999, Samarasimha Reddy was a commercial hit. On a ₹6 crore budget, it made a distributor share of ₹15 crore. The movie took home a Nandi Award and a Filmfare Award South. Shanmuga Pandian is the Tamil name under which it was dubbed and distributed. Shakib Khan and Shabnur starred in a Bengali Bangladesh remake of the movie, Kothin Prem (2007).

A cunning woman named Kanthamma, who owns a small hotel, abuses her stepchildren, Vasu and his three sisters, Sangeeta, Sarala, and Saraswati. As a result, Vasu rebels against Kanthamma and leaves the family. Years pass, and Kanthamma becomes bankrupt due to the persuasive Srikakulam Chittamma, who seduces clients as a rival. Meanwhile, a vibrant Abbulu starts working at Kanthamma and propels her company to success. At that moment, as he confirms his identity as Vaasu, the three sisters see the picture of them as children. In any case, when their aunt drives him away once more, he asks them to be quiet. At the moment, Abbulu wants to marry Sangeeta, teach Sarala, and help paralysed Saraswati get better. He so makes a great effort to amass wealth and manipulates Kanathamma.
