Anjala Zaveri

Biography:

Actress Anjala Zaveri is from Britain. She has largely acted in Hindi and Telugu movies. In Portsmouth, Zaveri was born into a Gujarati family. Her husband is Tarun Arora.

Vinod Khanna chose Zaveri after conducting a nationwide search in England for the movie Himalay Putra, which also served as the feature film debut of Vinod’s son Akshaye Khanna. In Betaabi, she performed. In the popular romance comedy Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya from 1998, Zaveri co-starred with Salman Khan and Kajol. She appeared in the Telugu film Choodalani Vundi the same year, opposite Chiranjeevi.

She enjoyed great success in Tollywood movies. She made her Tollywood debut through Suresh Productions in Preminchukundam Raa opposite Venkatesh, and they reteamed for Devi Putrudu.
