TheatrePelli Sambandham is a 2000 Telugu-language comedy-drama film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao and produced by C. Aswini Dutt and K. Raghavendra Rao. S. A. Rajkumar composed the soundtrack, and Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Sumanth, Sakshi Shivanand, and Sanghavi star. The movie is a remake of the 1999 Tamil motion picture Pooparika Varugirom.
Plot
Nageswara Rao is the most well-known author of love stories, and he is the recipient of both the Sahitya Academy and the Krishipandit awards. His brother Kota Srinivasa Rao resides in Mumbai with his son-in-law Raghuvaran and his kids, while he looks after the landed property in the village.
The daughter of Raghuvaran, whose marriage is set, writes to Nageswara Rao pleading with him to intervene on her behalf to keep her from getting married to Raja Ravindra. Using all of his cunning methods, Nageswara Rao discreetly marries her to her boyfriend a day before the ceremony, rather than speaking with his brother or son-in-law.
You have to see the movie to realize just how inexpensive everything is After the truth is revealed, Raghuvaran and Kota lose their cool, causing a rift with their brother. Sumant, the grandson of Nageswara Rao, develops feelings for Raghuvaran’s second daughter in the meantime. His hopes are destroyed by the division in the family.
Loved by his grandson, Nageswara Rao devises another low-cost scheme to bring Kota Srinivasa Rao’s entire household to the area. And with that, he takes full possession of the land. Naturally, they arrive, and the movie continues interminably till the very end.
Nageswara Rao appears more like a buffoon in this part than a learned individual. Throughout his career, he would never have played such an idiotic part. While there’s nothing wrong with him believing he’s still young at heart, it’s about time he quit putting that into every one of his films. It’s probably not appropriate for some characters.
particularly the one in this movie. The Dada Saheb Phalke Award recipient ought to be more selective about the parts he accepts. Sumant is the next in line. It was allegedly intended to advance his career. Ironically, it doesn’t even slightly help it. Sakshi Sivanand is acting like herself. The others are also as well. The humor is cheesy and meaningless.
