After graduating, Rajeshwari pursued dance studies. Her mother is Haimavathi, and her father is Malleswara Sharma. She was a teacher in Assam before she became an actress. She settled in Kothapeta village, close to Rajahmundry, after getting married to Seshasaiprasad. She only has a son.
She debuted on Doordarshan in the Ganapathi series. She debuted on the big screen in the Krishnavamsi-directed film Anthapuram.
