Prabha meets Nandini at the reunion at Bhadram’s farmhouse. To try to impress her, he throws several tantrums, but in vain. Her brother consistently thwarts his attempts. He unwittingly leads Prabha and his crew to believe that basketball is his sister’s favorite sport, which forces them to build a court. Rishi, Appala Raju’s son, gatecrashes into the basketball game while Nandini encourages him. Prabha and Rishi engage in a cold war as they compete with one another to impress Nandini.
In the meantime, Prasanna, Bhadram’s daughter, confides in Prabha that she is in love with a man and will wed him for a dowry of 5 million, and she coerces Prabha into persuading her father to wed her to her boyfriend. With the assistance of his father and his friends, Prabha is able to persuade Bhadram about his daughter’s engagement. Nandini starts to care for Prabha after being impressed by his managerial abilities. Rishi’s buddies attempt to paralyze Prabha by cutting the electricity to an iron box because they are envious of Nandini’s preference for Prabha. Unaware of their plot, Hanumanta Rao touches the iron box by accident and receives an electric shock, which causes a fight between Prabha and Rishi. Hanumanta Rao kicks Prabha out of the house as a result of the altercation.
Later, Prabha learns that Rishi is actually Vishwanath’s nephew and not Appala Raju’s son. By choosing to wed his fiancée instead of the woman his father had selected, Vishwanath betrayed his father. He is consequently dismissed by his father. Hanumanta Rao bargains with his father for a truce on Viswanath’s behalf. After numerous tries, he finally decides to pardon Viswanath—but only if the son of his daughter marries Nandini.Prabha makes up his plan to go but decides against confessing his love to Nandini. Nandini confesses that she had been in love with him all along while Prabha tries to leave. She was trying to manipulate him only to discover how much he adores her. Meanwhile, Nandini discovers the reason for Prabha’s silence and intentionally hurts herself out of resentment for Hanumanta Rao. She confesses to Vishwanath her love for Prabha and her desire to wed him.
He consents to her request out of sympathy. Hanumanta Rao reminds him about the condition, but Viswanath declines and adds that they are friends and should continue to support one another. Even Viswanath’s father is moved by it; as a result, he pardons his son and permits Nandini to wed Prabha.
Nandini rushes to Prabha after seeing him being assaulted by Nisha’s father outside. Prabha is able to halt his troops and save Nandini when he sends them to kill her.
