Biography:

Sharib Hashmi is an Indian actor and writer known for his work in Bollywood films and web series. He was born on 25th January 1976 in Delhi, India. Sharib started his career as a writer and assistant director before making his acting debut.

He gained significant recognition for his role as JK Talpade in the critically acclaimed film “Filmistaan” (2012). The film revolves around a Bollywood buff who gets stranded in Pakistan and befriends a local boy. Sharib’s performance in the movie earned him widespread praise and accolades, including a Filmfare Award for Best Actor in a Comic Role.
