Indian model, dancer, and actress Hamsa Nandini (born Poonam Bartake) is best known for her roles in Telugu films. She has walked the runway for Hyderabad International Fashion Week in 2011 and 2013, the Celebrity Cricket League, and MaaStars magazine. Her birth name is Poonam, and she used that name in her first few films, but director Vamsi changed her name to Hamsa Nandini because there were already too many Poonams working in the industry. Pune was the place where Hamsa Nandini was born and raised. Later, she relocated to Mumbai to pursue a modelling career.
