Her career began with the Tamil film “Bairavi” in 1978, where she played Rajinikanth’s sister. Geetha has received numerous accolades, including two Filmfare Awards South, a Karnataka State Film Award, and Kerala State Film Awards.
One of Geetha’s standout performances was in the 1986 Malayalam film “Panchagni,” where she portrayed the character of Indira, based on the true-life story of Naxalite revolutionary Ajitha.
