Aamani is an Indian actress who primarily works in Telugu and Tamil movies. She was born on November 16, 1973. She made her acting debut in the Telugu film Jamba Lakidi Pamba, directed by E. V. V. Satyanarayana, playing the lead opposite Naresh. The movie ended up being a box office success.
She starred in the Bapu-directed Telugu film Mister Pellam, which took home the National Film Award for Best Feature Film. She received the Nandi Award for Best Actress for the films Subha Sankalpam and Mr. Pellam as well as the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu for the movie Subha Lagnam.
