Story:

Top Hero is a drama film from 1994 that was directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy and produced by Mulpuri Venkatrao and Achanta Gopinath under the Sri Chitra Creations banner. S. V. Krishna Reddy wrote the soundtrack, while Nandamuri Balakrishna and Soundarya star.

As an orphan and good samaritan, Balu frequently helps those in need by taking little payments for his living. An accident caused Madhusudan Rao, a wealthy man, to lose consciousness. Being unable to maintain control over her family, his wife Rohini manages the household with difficulty. Mahesh Anand persistently questions their accountant Gurunatham regarding the location of a video tape during their frequent visits. When someone asks a question, Madhusudan Rao keeps saying the same thing since he went insane. Because of her, Dasu, Rohini’s estranged younger brother, was sent in jail and desired to exact revenge by spoiling her family.

To make things right in her family, Rohini turns to Balu for assistance. When he sees her crying, he is compelled to beg for money instead of refusing at first. Additionally, he acknowledges that she assisted him in finishing his mother’s final ceremonies when no one else could. As her eldest son, he consents to travel. He takes over the house as soon as he walks in. By keeping the truth about her husband’s accident a secret, he also comes to the conclusion that Rohini has been concealing something from him. He learns later that she fears Mahesh Anand since he revealed the hidden videos he recorded while killing someone and threatened to kill her husband if he turned normal.

In order to prevent her husband from ever becoming completely conscious and from being killed by Mahesh Anand, she subtly discards every medication prescribed by a doctor to treat his mental disorder. Balu reassures her and sees to it that Madhusudan Rao receives the right treatment so that he recovers quickly. After learning from Dasu that Madhusudan Rao has returned to normal, Mahesh Anand attempts to kidnap him, but Balu intervenes to save him. The cops apprehend Mahesh Anand.
