The narrative takes place in 2008. A student named PMRK Prasad (Shanmukh Jaswanth) finds it difficult to express his feelings to his classmate Leela (Anagha Ajith), whom he admires. They start talking and exchanging phone numbers after graduating from college. Prasad eventually professes his love with the assistance of his friend Rajesh (Mirchi Saran). However, Leela abruptly stops responding. Prasad is left with a lot of questions and feels confused and anxious. Did she not like him? Did she get hurt? Determined to find out, Prasad and his friends take action. The movie reveals all the answers.

Adolescence is a unique time for love, infatuation, or attraction, as it is commonly referred to. Leela Vinodham skillfully tells the tale of a lad who must deal with the doubt if the girl he loves feels the same way. The story is straightforward but nostalgic, particularly for those who recall the time when cell phones were a new thing for Indian students.

Shanmukh does a respectable job portraying the overly analytical disposition of a normal young man in love. There is a likeable vibe between the two, and Anagha is adorable. Mirchi Saran is the highlight, though, thanks to his well-written performance and humorous timing. Prasad Behara makes several amusing cameos in his few appearances, and the supporting cast—which includes Shanmukh’s friends—is sufficient.
