Story:

“Mugamoodi” is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language superhero film directed by Mysskin and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur. The movie stars Jiiva, Narain, Pooja Hegde, Nassar, Selva, and Girish Karnad.

The plot revolves around Anand, also known as “Bruce Lee,” a college graduate who dislikes conventional jobs and instead practices martial arts with his friends. He falls for Shakthi, the daughter of DCP Gaurav, and decides to impress her by becoming a hero.

Anand dons a superhero costume and introduces himself as Mugamoodi to Shakthi. He accidentally gets involved in a police chase and helps capture a criminal, gaining attention as a hero. However, misunderstandings arise when a gang member shoots Gaurav, and Anand is wrongly accused of the crime.

Anand’s friends create a Batman-style superhero persona to help him clear his name. Meanwhile, the real culprit behind the crimes is revealed to be Dragon, a former classmate of Anand’s martial arts teacher. Dragon kidnaps hostages to blackmail the police.

Anand, as Mugamoodi, confronts Dragon and engages in a fight to save the hostages. During the battle, Dragon unmasks Mugamoodi, revealing Anand’s identity to Shakthi. With the help of his friends, Anand defeats Dragon and rescues the hostages.

In the end, Shakthi encourages Anand to continue serving as Mugamoodi, cementing his role as a hero.
