One day, a fire mishap forces the villagers to flee to the seaside, where Ashok tells Parvati that Sivaji perished in the blaze, severing him from his family. Sivaji eventually finds himself in a separate boat and arrives in Vizag port, which is controlled by Baji Rao and makes use of refugee labor for his benefit. Later on, Sivaji develops into an aggressive man and continues to look for Parvati. One day, after witnessing Katraju murder a child, Sivaji retaliates brutally in protection of the other refugees by killing him.
When Sivaji’s friend attempted to help other kids in the port, Baji Rao became enraged and attacked the slum, killing him. Baji Rao is killed by Sivaji after he rebels against him and begins to be referred to as “Chatrapathi” by the public. When Ras Bihari, the brother of Baji Rao, gets to Vizag, he finds out about his brother’s passing and starts looking for Sivaji. Ashok arrives to the same location, where he joins forces with Ras Bihari after realizing Sivaji is his brother. Despite this, Sivaji succeeds in finding Parvati and killing Ras Bihari, protecting the port from harm.
