Biography:

Padaala Ramdas, a mridangam and harikatha musician for All India Radio, and Vijaya Lakshmi gave birth to Padaala Kalyani on October 31. She is a native of Vizianagaram.Her two brothers are. In karate, she is a black belt.She claimed to be a fervent believer in horoscopes in an interview. She had two spouses and divorced both of them.

She acknowledged in an interview that she had made a couple attempts at suicide as a result of issues in her family.The Hyderabad Child Welfare Department claimed in May 2022 that Kalyani had illegally adopted a three-month-old baby. Kalyani refuted the claims, saying that she had merely been caring for the infant while she waited for her and had neither kidnapped nor fled with it.

Kalyani mainly works in Telugu cinema and is noted for her performances in films like Mirapakay, Chatrapathi, and Krishna. She has portrayed a few vampires in films as well. Adhibhatla Kalapeetham was founded by her to advance harikatha. She participated in a debate about the casting couch problem with Sri Reddy Mallidi, and she was admitted into the Limca Book of Records for performing harikatha continuously for 114 hours, 45 minutes, and 55 seconds in June 2015. Because of her unfounded accusations, she refused to stand by her and assaulted her live on air in 2020. She was a contestant on Nagarjuna’s fourth season of the Telugu reality TV series Bigg Boss.
