Ayalaan

Story:

Ayalaan is a forthcoming science fiction comedy movie in Tamil that was written and directed by R. Ravikumar and was put together by Kotapadi J. Rajesh under the banner of KJR Studios. Isha Koppikar, Sharad Kelkar, Rakul Preet Singh, and Sivakarthikeyan are among its stars.

Principal photography on the movie, which began in June 2018 and ended in January 2021 with a few reshoots in November 2022, was announced in October 2016. Chennai was the primary shooting location. A. R. Rahman wrote the music, Nirav Shah did the cinematography, and Ruben did the editing. The movie features the most visual effects shots of any Indian movie at around 4500.

Plot

Tamizh, a carefree man from Poombarai with a deep love for nature, is sent by his mother to Chennai to find a new job. There, he befriends Sugirtharaja, the head of a surprise party agency, and joins the business. Misled by Sugirtharaja, he falls in love with a young woman named Tara.

During an event, Tamizh encounters Tattoo, an alien sent to Earth by his leaders to recover Sparc, a powerful element that could be misused by humans. Though initially frightened, Tamizh befriends Tattoo and introduces him to his friends.

Meanwhile, Aryan, a ruthless scientist, is also searching for Sparc after previously losing it. Tamizh and Tattoo manage to retrieve Sparc from a young girl who discovered it, but Aryan relentlessly pursues them. Though he fails to capture them, he does manage to seize Tattoo’s spaceship, which he had found earlier after an encounter with Tattoo.

As Tattoo prepares to return to his planet, Tamizh helps him retrieve his spaceship. However, just as Tattoo departs, Tamizh is stabbed by Eliza, Aryan’s assistant. Witnessing this, Tattoo returns and uses his powers to heal Tamizh, inadvertently granting him the same abilities. Before Tamizh realizes it, Eliza knocks out Tattoo, abducts him, and takes possession of Sparc. Unaware of the kidnapping, Tamizh assumes Tattoo has left. What unfolds next drives the rest of the story.
