Story:

“Vadacurry” is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language comedy thriller film written and directed by debutant Saravana Rajan. The movie features Jai and Swathi Reddy in lead roles and was produced by Dayanidhi Azhagiri’s Meeka Entertainment. Cinematography was handled by Venkatesh, with editing by Praveen K. L. and N. B. Srikanth, and art direction by Ramalingam. Costume design was managed by Anusha Dayanidhi. Filming commenced on August 19, 2013, and the film hit theaters on June 19, 2014.

The plot centers on Sathish (played by Jai), a newly appointed medical representative and a family-oriented individual residing with his brother, an auto-rickshaw driver. Sathish’s life takes a turn when he acquires a mobile phone left behind carelessly by its owner at a tea shop. The phone leads him into unexpected trouble, disrupting his carefree relationship with his girlfriend, Naveena (portrayed by Swathi Reddy).
