Bobo Shashi, also known as Bobo Sasii, is an Indian film composer and singer with a rich musical background. Born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, he hails from a musically influential family. His father, Murali, is a renowned composer who collaborates with his brother Sabesh as Sabesh-Murali, and his uncle, Deva, is a popular music composer. Shashi’s cousins include actor Jai and composer Srikanth Deva.
Shashi began his career as a composer with the Tamil film “Kulir 100°” in 2009, which earned critical acclaim for its soundtrack. Before venturing into film composition, he gained experience by assisting various Indian film composers, including Srikanth Deva, Sabesh-Murali, Deva, and Vidyasagar.
