Story:

Anupama Parameswaran is the principal actor in the upcoming Tamil movie Lockdown. The crew released the Lockdown trailer on social media on Thursday, ahead of the movie’s upcoming release.

The trailer opens with Anupama Parameswaran’s character, who fears going back, as we wade through her life in montages. We learn that the film is set against the backdrop of lockdown due to the Covid-19 outbreak and with the new rules imposed on the public. Based on a true story, Anita plays the role of Anita, who is described as short-tempered and dependent on the phone. The trailer depicts how the lockdown caused many practical issues for people and the life of this girl.

Anupama Parameswaran leads the Lockdown cast, which also includes actors Charlie, Nirosha, Priya Venkat, Livingston, Indhumathi, Rajkumar, Shamji, Lollu Sabha Maran, Vinayak Raj, Vidhu, Abhirami, Ravathi, Sanjivie, Priya Ganesh, Asha, and others. AR Jeeva is the film’s director, and NR Raghunanthan and Siddharth Vipin wrote the soundtrack. Lockdown was filmed by K.A. Sakthivel and edited by V.J. Sabu Joseph. On December 5, Lockdown is scheduled to open in cinemas.
