Indian composer Siddharth Vipin primarily works on soundtracks and film scores for Tamil cinema. He just tied the knot with Shriya Mohandas.
Salem, Tamil Nadu, is the birthplace of Siddharth. After completing his education in Muscat, Oman, he decided to pursue a B.Com. degree at Loyola College in Chennai. He also holds a professional sound engineering certification from the SAE Institute. In 2005, he lost his father, Vipin Chandra. He is Radha Vinod Raju’s nephew.
In addition to working on the sound effects for several Indian adaptations of Hollywood films, he was the sound engineer for the rock group Euphoria, based in Delhi. He was chosen to portray Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in addition to doing the sound design for Major Ravi’s Mission 90 Days (2007). Subsequently, Siddharth Vipin made his composing debut in Kurukshetra (2008), Major Ravi’s next Malayalam war film, receiving praise for his efforts.
In Tamil, Siddharth made his screen debut in Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom (2012).He wrote the film’s soundtrack in the background. “His naughty and playful tunes during the serious scenes trigger laughter,” stated Behindwoods.com.”His background score is just perfect,” the Hindu wrote. In particular, the song for the scene where Saras is moved after discovering Prem’s faith in him, is brilliant.
