Story:

Keshava is a 2017 action thriller film from India, written and directed by Sudheer Varma in Telugu. Nikhil Siddhartha plays the lead role, while Ritu Varma and Isha Koppikar also feature. The main character is a law student with Dextrocardia, a rare genetic illness that keeps him from engaging in activities that would cause his heart to beat more quickly.

He wants to get revenge on those who killed his family. Under the Abhishek Pictures label, Abhishek Nama is the producer. Divakar Mani handled the cinematography, Sunny M. R. created the music, and Krishna Chaitanya and Arjun-Carthyk wrote the script. On May 19, 2017, Keshava was released in around 650 theaters globally.

After receiving favorable reviews at premiere, it went on to become a financial hit, making about ₹30 crore worldwide on a ₹3 crore budget.

A police jeep struck a family that was driving a car, leaving them to perish. When Keshava awakens in the hospital, he finds out that his younger sister has lost her legs and that his parents have been slaughtered. As a small child, Keshava approaches a biker for a lift while strolling along a lonely forest road. The motorcyclist eventually stops to answer to the call of nature, and Keshava stabs him to death. Due to his uncommon cardiac disease, dextrocardia, which keeps him from engaging in activities that cause his heart to beat more quickly, Keshava is a law student.
