Biography:

Tejas Vijay Deoskar, an Indian film writer, director, and actor, has made significant contributions to the film industry with successful works like “Ajinkya,” “Premsutra,” and “Bucket List (2018 film).” His directorial ventures garnered immense popularity and acclaim. Notably, his debut film as a creative producer, “Baba,” received critical acclaim worldwide upon its release in August 2019.

Among his upcoming projects, Tejas Deoskar has directed “Chhatriwali,” a Hindi film produced by Ronnie Screwvala of RSVP Movies, and “Ground Zero,” featuring Emraan Hashmi in the lead role, produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment.

Born on May 14, 1983, in Nagpur, India, Tejas Deoskar is married to Juilee Tejas Deoskar and possesses more than 16 years of experience in filmmaking and direction. Growing up in a family with a strong passion for theater and dramatics, his parents, Vijay Govind Deoskar and Prabha Vijay Deoskar, have been active in the Nagpur theater scene for over five decades.

Although Tejas Deoskar studied architecture, he demonstrated exceptional talent and interest in extracurricular activities during his academic years.
