Plot
The parents of Akshara, a designer (Niharika Konidela), and Anand, an ad film director (Sumanth Ashwin), have acknowledged their love (Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, Murali Sharma, Tulasi). They’ve begun making arrangements for their nuptials. Meanwhile, Akshara’s ex-boyfriend Vijay (Raja Chambolu), a fashion industry entrepreneur, tries to persuade her to leave their relationship, but she rejects him and tells him to move on.
Next, Akshara and Anand make a successful effort to socialize with each other’s families. After their engagement, under some difficult circumstances, Anand avoids Akshara. As a result, Akshara misinterprets Anand and tells Vijay that she broke up with him because he is taking advantage of her. Anand was also thinking along these lines at the time and asks Anand what makes him different from Vijay.
Anand then gives her the advice to call off the marriage if she changes her mind. However, Akshara pauses to consider her choice more. Later, Vijay tells Akshara to make a decision quickly because it could be too late otherwise, adding that if she had feelings for him, he would return for her. Vijay is in London for a meeting.
Then, at Anand’s home in Vijayawada, the marriage preparations begin. Anand tried to persuade Akshara to change her mind, but she refused to listen to him, and he grew more and more agitated every day. Later, Akshara’s friend Laveena (Pujita Ponnada) and her psychologist aunt Niraja (Indraja) attempt to help her realize that her decision-making was flawed. However, Akshara is still unsure about whether to succeed or fail.
When Akshara finally decides to put off the wedding with two days remaining before it happens, Anand questions her about it. When she doesn’t respond, Anand verifies that she doesn’t like him. When Akshara tries to stop him from telling either of the parents, he explains his predicament and the pressure he is under from the bridegroom’s family. Next he made the decision to dissolve the marriage and inform his parents of the problem.
However, Akshara’s parents overhear the entire exchange. Attempting to diffuse the tension, Anand accepts responsibility for the situation and begs Akshara’s father not to chastise his daughter after he leaves. Her father then agrees to support her daughter and offer his support regardless of the outcome. She prepares to apologize to Anand’s family, but Anand persuades them to return to Hyderabad so he may persuade his family to call off the wedding.
Anand confesses all that transpired in the marriage later on during confession time at his home. Then, to his astonishment, Akshara abruptly stops Anand and shares her sentiments and worries about getting married. She also claims she’s over her concerns and is ready to propose to Anand. On the last day, all the miscommunications had vanished, and Akshara and Anand’s “Happy Wedding” marked the conclusion of the film.
