Story:

Geetu Mohandas is the director of the upcoming Indian period gangster movie Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. Yash, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth are among the ensemble cast members. Yash and Venkat K. Narayana are co-producing the movie under their own companies, Monster Mind Creations and KVN Productions. Toxic is expected to be the most costly Indian film ever produced, with a budget of ₹800–850 crore.

Since it is Yash’s 19th movie as a starring actor, the film was first announced in December 2023 under the preliminary title Yash 19. A few days later, the official title was made public. The movie was shot in both Kannada and English at the same time. The main shooting was done in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Goa, Thoothukudi, and Jaipur between August 2024 and October 2025. The global release date of Toxic is set for August 26, 2026.
