TheatreAditya Sarpotdar is the director of the upcoming romantic comedy horror movie Thamma, which will be released in Hindi in 2025. Arun Falara, Suresh Mathew, and Niren Bhatt wrote it, and Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik produced it. The fifth film in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe is titled Thamma. Ayushmann Khurrana, Paresh Rawal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are its main actors.
Principal photography, which mostly took place in Delhi, Mumbai, and Ooty, started in December 2024 and ended in the middle of 2025. Sachin-Jigar composed the soundtrack album. The movie Thamma will be released in theatres on October 21, 2025, which is Diwali.
