Talcum Powder

Story:

Talcum Powder is an upcoming and highly awaited Telugu Telugu new-age urban crime drama, which will hit theatres on November 13, 2026. The film, helmed by writer-director Sainath Ponna, is a Telugu film, presented by National Award-winning producer Raj Kandukuri under the banner of Dharmapatha Creations and would mark the full-length feature directorial debut of the young man.

Talcum Powder moves away from traditional dark, bloody crime thrillers focused on narcotics and underground networks to take an extremely stylish, lighthearted and funny tone. The story is fast-paced and the viewer is brought into the world of streetwise but little Bunty who is struggling to untangle himself from an unpredictable drug-ringing in the urban setting.
But then Bunty makes a huge, unexpected error. This one stupid mistake upsets his world, unleashes an aggressive chain reaction. Bunty becomes the most wanted man in the city and finds himself running for his life, racing from one place to the next in a non-stop chase for his life. From one side there’s a group of cunning, bloodthirsty criminals and from the other an overzealous and persistent local police.
