Akash Puri

Biography:

Akash Puri is an Indian Actor, who mainly works in the Telugu Film industry. He was born on Saturday, 12 April 1997 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

He is the son of the popular Tollywood director Puri Jagannadh. In 2007, Akash made his acting debut as a child artist in Tollywood with the ‘Chirutha’ movie, under his father direction.

He then acted in various movies like Gabbar Singh, Bujjigadu, Businessman, Dhoni, and Andhra Pori. In 2018, He turned as a Lead actor and acted in the ‘Mehbooba’ movie.

Currently, he was waiting for the release of his next upcoming film, Romantic. He also signed the ‘Chor Bazaar’ movie with director Jeevan Reddy, who earlier directed George Reddy movie.

As a young Charan, Puri made his acting debut in Chirutha in 2007. Ramcharan and Neha Sharma were the stars of the Puri Jagannadh-directed movie. As a kid actor, he also appeared in Bujjigadu, Ek Niranjan, The Lotus Pond, Businessman, Dhoni, and Gabbar Singh, among other 7 films.

With the release of the movie Andhra Pori in 2015, Puri made his acting debut. After that, he produced Mehbooba, a movie that his father Puri Jagannadh directed. The movie became a box office success. Additionally, he co-starred in the romantic comedy Ketika Sharma with whom the audience had mixed reviews.

He will next be seen in B. Jeevan Reddy’s romantic-action movie Chor Bazaar.
