Story:

Anil Paduri is the director of the 2021 Telugu-language Indian romantic film Romantic. Puri Jagannadh, who co-produced the movie with Charmme Kaur under Puri Connects, wrote the script. Ramya Krishna, Ketika Sharma, a debutante, and Akash Puri appear in the movie. The movie opened in theaters on October 29, 2021.

After witnessing his parents’ deaths, streetwise criminal Vasco da Gama, the son of a police officer, decides to turn to crime in order to make a fortune and realize his grandmother Mary’s desire. He joins the group led by the infamous drug lord Rodrigues in Goa, along with his boyhood buddy Annie. Vasco rises to the position of mafia kingpin in Goa quite quickly. Vasco kills Rodrigues following a botched cocaine deal and claims to be the new Goan mafia leader. He kills a SI in the process, and in order to capture Vasco, a devoted and merciless ACP named Ramya Gowarikar is sent from Mumbai to Goa. Simultaneously, Samsun, Rodrigues’ competitor, wants Vasco to steal his drug canisters, which are valued at crores of steel, and his gang is trying to capture him. Following a game of cat and mouse between the three factions, Vasco eventually realizes his grandmother’s dream of building new homes for his community. He then murders Samsun, but in the end, Ramya shoots him dead and admits that he respects her.
