Story:

Satyam is a 2003 Telugu-language romantic drama film from India, produced by star Nagarjuna under the Annapurna Studios brand and directed by debutante Surya Kiran. Sumanth and Genelia D’Souza play the main parts in the movie.

The movie was well-received by critics and did well at the box office. It was one of Sumanth’s greatest box office hits and marked Genelia’s Telugu film debut when it was released on December 19, 2003. The Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer in Telugu went to Chakri. It was recreated as Shakti in Bengali.
