Surya Kiran is a Telugu director and actor, marked his debut with the critically acclaimed “Satyam.” He continues to direct films like “Dhana 51” and explore acting in “Bhanu Weds Bhoomi.” His participation in “Bigg Boss Telugu 4” expanded his fanbase. With diverse talents, Surya Kiran remains a force in Telugu cinema, sparking anticipation for his future projects.

A former child actor with over 200 films, Surya Kiran rose to prominence directing the acclaimed “Satyam” in 2003. His directorial skills were lauded by critics, solidifying his position in Telugu cinema.

Then tried his hand at reality TV with Bigg Boss 4, but his stint was short-lived. Despite a planned comeback in 2017, his project remains in development.

Born in Chennai to parents T. S. Mani and Radha, Surya Kiran hails from Trivandrum, Kerala. His younger sister, Sujitha Dhanush, is also an actress. Surya’s brief marriage to Kalyani ended in divorce.
