TheatreThe 1994 Telugu-language action comedy Mugguru Monagallu was produced by Nagendra Babu, the younger brother of Chiranjeevi, and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. Chiranjeevi plays three roles in this movie: Nagma, Roja, and Ramya Krishna. Vidyasagar wrote both the background music and the song. On January 7, 1994, the movie was released. The Hindi name for this film is Trishul.
Plot
The sons of Ranganath and Srividya who live in a village are Prudhvi, Vikram, and Dattatreya (Chiranjeevi in three roles). In an incident, Sarath Saxena kills Ranganath for opposing him. Prudhvi and Srividya, who is expecting twins, are not together. She believes he is dead while trying to flee the thugs and gives birth to the twins in a shrine.
The childless priest takes in a single son, Dattatreya. Vikram, who goes on to become an Assistant Commissioner of Police, is left with Srividya. Dattatreya is the master of dance. The narrative centers on the brothers’ decision to band together, defend their mother, and exact retribution on the bad guys.
