Life's Good

Story:

“Life’s Good” is a Hindi-language drama film produced by Anand Shukla under the EktAnand Pictures banner and directed by Anant Mahadevan. The film features Jackie Shroff, Rajit Kapur, Mohan Kapoor, Anannaya Vij, Saniya Anklesaria, and Ankita Shrivastav in lead roles, with Sunita Sen Gupta, Nakul Sahdev, and Saanand Verma in supporting roles. The soundtrack is composed by Abhishek Ray, with lyrics by Manvendra and Nivedita Joshi.

The story, inspired by the personal diary of screenwriter Sujit Sen, chronicles his stay in a Mumbai hospital. It centers on Rameshwar, a shy accountant who avoids relationships and falls into despair after his mother’s death. His life takes a turn when a 6-year-old girl named Mishti decides he is her new best friend. As Mishti grows older, Rameshwar fears being left alone once again.

Initially slated for release on 10 August 2018, the film faced delays and was eventually rescheduled for release on 9 December 2022.
