TheatreAt first, the flashback between Ravi Varma and Pooja Ramachandran seems out of place, but it eventually fits in nicely with the story. When it comes to performances, Dhanya Balakrishna settles in after the first twenty minutes and gives a respectable showing. Raghu does a good job portraying a fellow police officer. Pooja Ramachandran is excellent in her significant position.
But the movie belongs to Ravi Varma, who plays a contentious politician with remarkable skill. Known for portraying supporting and negative characters, he is given the chance to show off his versatility in Hatya, and he does it brilliantly.
The film’s technical elements are excellent. The suspense is increased and the background score has an impact. The political structure in the Rayalaseema backdrop is depicted in the production design with effectiveness. Although the camera work is superb, the second half’s editing should have been more precise. The dialogues, screenplay, and twists are decent, but tighter execution would have taken the film to another level.
